Legends Hall (Phase 1) is approximately 23,000 sq. ft. and opened in December 2015. Amenities for Phase 1 include an events hall, multipurpose meeting space, a club lounge, catering kitchen, senior center, studio, and an outdoor amphitheater.
The City of Southlake commissioned Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture to design Phase 1 and Adolfson and Peterson Construction to build Phase 1 of The Marq Southlake.
Champions Club (Phase 2) will be approximately 82,000 sq. ft. and include spaces for fitness, indoor / outdoor turf fields, gymnasium, jog / walk track, indoor aquatics, indoor playground, party rooms, child watch and multipurpose classrooms for programs.
The City once again partnered with Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture to design Champions Club. Haydon Building Corp. is the general contractor building Phase 2. Champions Club is set to open in Fall 2018.

1. When can we expect to see Phase 2 complete?
