What is the maximum capacity of the The Marq Southlake for an event?
Aria, our outdoor amphitheater can accommodate up to 1,000 people; our ballroom can seat up to 300 guests (seated banquet style with no dance floor); the Club Lounge can hold 50 guests; and each meeting room holds approximately 25 guests.
What is the rental fee for The Marq Southlake and what does it include?
Our rental fees are based on the day of the week, and how many hours you choose to rent the space for; our Sales Specialist will assist you with a custom quote. Each rental includes the room, neutral chairs, 72 inch round tables (that accommodate up to 12 guests each), stage & dance floor (when renting the ballroom), a state-of-the-art audiovisual system, complimentary high speed wireless internet throughout the facility, white floor length table linens, white napkins, access to covered patio with fire features & lounge furniture, staff for set up and take down of tables & chairs, as well as a Banquet Specialist to help oversee the event.

Is outside catering allowed at The Marq Southlake? Am I allowed to bring in my own alcohol?
Yes and yes! The Marq will provide you with a preferred catering list to help you start planning your wedding reception. If you should choose not to use a vendor on the preferred catering list, and your event would require more than a $2,000 food and beverage menu, your caterer must agree to provide 15% of final catering invoice to The Marq. If your catering order is less than $2,000 you may bring in food from a commercially prepared kitchen(ie, trays from grocery stores, box lunches, catering from a restaurant, etc) with no additional cost. Use of the catering kitchen requires the client to pay 10% or 15% of the final catering invoice depending on the preferred or non preferred caterer.
You can bring in your own alcohol but it must be purchased from a state licensed liquor vendor; and all alcoholic beverages MUST be served by a state licensed TABC bartender which is approved in advance by The Marq. Off Duty Southlake Police Officers are required at all times when alcohol is served.
When I book my wedding at The Marq Southlake, will there be another wedding taking place on property at the same time?
No, The Marq wants you to enjoy privacy on your special day. No other weddings will take place during your rental times!
Do I have to schedule a tour of The Marq Southlake or can I visit at anytime?
You are more than welcome to stop by and visit during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM and Saturday 9AM - 3PM). However, it is best to make an appointment so that we can show you the space you are interested in when it is not in use.
