Classes for this level are available three days during the week– swimmers can sign up for 1, 2 or all 3 classes per week.     Register as a team and complete against other formed teams in this more competitive recreational league. Coaches in this league are given more freedom to manage their teams with no minimum playing rules. All teams will play a 6-games season and top 4 teams will advance to the playoffs. Teams must provide their own coach and uniform. Please register under head coach's name.

  15. Women's Self Defense (Ages 18+)

    February 27, 2018, 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM @ Southlake Activity Center

    This class will empower women to fight back by teaching techniques on how to survive an attack from an assailant. The class will also cover escapes from non-threatening annoyance attacks, defenses from chokes and strangles, defenses against attacks from the front and rear, what to do if you are tackled and brought to the ground, and much more.

  16. Chess (Ages 6-16)

    This is a class open to children of all skill levels and abilities. Students will receive a half hour of supervised play and instruction. This class will teach the fundamentals of chess and introduce the use of notation, which is the ability to record one's moves. Students will also learn tournament procedures and etiquette.

    Real-world robotics for young inventors using 'bots that follow mazes, navigate around obstacles and even draw pictures. Along the way, kids learn about electronic controls, sensors and how computer code makes machines work. A great introduction to hands-on engineering skills.
