    The LiveFit Pass gives you access to all City of Southlake group fitness classes on an unlimited basis for an entire month. Each month the class list will be a little different. Classes we offer: • TOTAL BODY WORKOUT — A full body, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout! • ZUMBA — Zumba is a Latin dance fitness program with a party like atmosphere. Students will learn basic dance steps from around the world and will benefit from increased stamina, muscle tone and happy feet! • PILATES — Increase your flexibility as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals. • YOGA — Connect the mind, breath and body in the dynamic flow practice. Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete.   4. How to Help Your Student Get Into Elite Colleges

    Instructor: Rajkamal Rao. With more and more students applying to the nation’s top colleges, it is becoming increasingly harder to get in. Learn about what elite colleges look for and how to systematically develop a plan to help increase a student’s odds of admission, including about recent trends such as how to re-think extracurricular activities of students. Participants will receive a free copy of the instructor’s e-book on college planning and selection. This session is ideal for parents of 9th – 11th graders, although 12th grade parents are welcome too.
