    The LiveFit Pass gives you access to all City of Southlake group fitness classes on an unlimited basis for an entire month. Each month the class list will be a little different. Classes we offer: • TOTAL BODY WORKOUT — A full body, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout! • ZUMBA — Zumba is a Latin dance fitness program with a party like atmosphere. Students will learn basic dance steps from around the world and will benefit from increased stamina, muscle tone and happy feet! • PILATES — Increase your flexibility as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals. • YOGA — Connect the mind, breath and body in the dynamic flow practice. Begin with centering, then move onto warming Sun Salutations and flows. Some poses will be held to build stability and strength as well as open the body deeply.

    Instructor: Bethany Gregory. Body Back is a results-based workout program designed by and for moms. Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

  3. Southlake Stingrays Stroke & Turn Swim Clinic (Ages 9 & Older)

    November 15, 2017, 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM @ CISD Aquatics Center

    (Max 15) Including any level adult swimmer. These classes are for older and/or more advanced and mature swimmers who have competed on a swim team previously, or who are very strong comfortable lap swimmers, and can handle a more intense workout (2000+ yards per class). Classes for this level are available three days during the week – swimmers can sign up for 1, 2 or all 3 classes per week. Classes are taught independent of one another so swimmers can sign up for any combination of classes (and attendance is not mandatory in order to participate).
