  1. LiveFit Pass! (Ages 18+)

    The LiveFit Pass gives you access to all City of Southlake group fitness classes on an unlimited basis for an entire month. Each month the class list will be a little different. Classes we offer: • TOTAL BODY WORKOUT — A full body, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout! • ZUMBA — Zumba is a Latin dance fitness program with a party like atmosphere.   2. Holiday Break Camp Mania - Thanksgiving (Ages 5 - 11)

    A summer favorite makes its way to the holiday season! Camp Mania provides structured and free play, arts and craft activities, field trips and a fun and safe environment where kids are #1! Participants must be currently enrolled in Kindergarten in a public or private school equivalent. (Min 20 - Max 48) REGISTRATION: Register online or in person at the Community Services office. Online registration will end the Thursday before each camp session. In-person registration will end at 10:00 AM the first day of camp (pending availability). NO registrations will be accepted at the camp location. REFUNDS: Refund Request Forms must be received at the Parks and Recreation office seven (7) business days prior to the start of Camp Mania. No refunds will be issued after the request deadline has passed. There is a $35 administration fee per refund request. Refund and transfer requests delivered at the camp location will not be honored.

  3. Women's Self Defense (Ages 18+)

    Instructor: George Weidenhof. This class will empower women to fight back by teaching techniques on how to survive an attack from an assailant. The class will also cover escapes from non-threatening annoyance attacks, defenses from chokes and strangles, defenses against attacks from the front and rear, what to do if you are tackled and brought to the ground and much more.

Your student will leave with important skills like teamwork, leadership and sportsmanship.

  5. Volleyball Skills Academy (Ages 8-13)

    Instructor: Crestpoint Athletics. This all-skills volleyball class will ignite and excite students about the fun game of volleyball. Players develop fundamental skills including serving, passing, setting and hitting. Players will develop and demonstrate their newly acquired skills in fun games, drills and scrimmages. Registration includes (4) — one hour sessions and (1) youth t-shirt.

  6. Southlake Stingrays Stroke & Turn Swim Clinic (Ages 9 & Older)

    November 21, 2017, 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM @ CISD Aquatics Center

    (Max 15) Including any level adult swimmer. These classes are for older and/or more advanced and mature swimmers who have competed on a swim team previously, or who are very strong comfortable lap swimmers, and can handle a more intense workout (2000+ yards per class). Classes for this level are available three days during the week – swimmers can sign up for 1, 2 or all 3 classes per week. Classes are taught independent of one another so swimmers can sign up for any combination of classes (and attendance is not mandatory in order to participate).

    City of Southlake Therapeutic Recreation (TR) programs are an awesome opportunity for socialization and fun! This program meets weekly to provide individuals with mental or developmental disabilities their own night on the town with their friends! Creative, athletic and social activities take place each meeting. Evening activities may include movies, bowling, dining, tours, rock climbing, parks, etc. Transportation arrangements will be made to accommodate all participants as we venture out into the Metroplex for various activities. Weekly times and destinations are subject to change. Parents will receive an itinerary at the beginning of each session.
