    The LiveFit Pass gives you access to all City of Southlake group fitness classes on an unlimited basis for an entire month. Each month the class list will be a little different. Classes we offer: • TOTAL BODY WORKOUT — A full body, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout! • ZUMBA — Zumba is a Latin dance fitness program with a party like atmosphere. Students will learn basic dance steps from around the world and will benefit from increased stamina, muscle tone and happy feet! • PILATES — Increase your flexibility as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals. • YOGA — Connect the mind, breath and body in the dynamic flow practice. Begin with centering, then move onto warming Sun Salutations and flows. Some poses will be held to build stability and strength as well as open the body deeply.

    (Min 36 - Max Unlimited) Join the City of Southlake in this recreational youth volleyball league. Jerseys will be provided and a set rotation will be utilized to ensure all players receive equal playing time. All teams will play an 8 game season plus playoffs. Every effort will be made to honor coaching and player requests but requests are not guaranteed.

    Join us on Saturdays this fall at North Park for our Adult Men’s 8 on 8 Flag Football season. Register your team, rosters can include up 20 players. Game ball and flags will be provided. Teams must provide their own jerseys. Games will be played from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 6-game season and top teams advance to playoffs. Registration closes: September 8 Managers Meeting: September 19 Season dates: September 23 – October 28 Rain out dates: October 26 and November 2 League playoffs: November 4 (top teams only).     Instructor: Dr. Pam Kendall. Learn poses and pranayama (breath work) to help make your pregnancy and birth the best it can be. Dr. Pam Kendall is a maternity chiropractor and 200 hour yoga instructor. Join her as she teaches you some poses and postures to ease some of the discomforts that can often come with having a bun in the oven.
