Classes we offer:
• TOTAL BODY WORKOUT — A full body, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout!
• ZUMBA — Zumba is a Latin dance fitness program with a party like atmosphere. Students will learn
basic dance steps from around the world and will benefit from increased stamina, muscle tone and
• PILATES — Increase your flexibility as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that restore
balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals.
• YOGA — Connect the mind, breath and body in the dynamic flow practice. Begin with centering, then
move onto warming Sun Salutations and flows. Some poses will be held to build stability and strength as
well as open the body deeply.
