Classes we offer:
• TOTAL BODY WORKOUT — A full body, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout!
• ZUMBA — Zumba is a Latin dance fitness program with a party like atmosphere. Students will learn
basic dance steps from around the world and will benefit from increased stamina, muscle tone and
• PILATES — Increase your flexibility as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that restore
balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals.
• YOGA — Connect the mind, breath and body in the dynamic flow practice. Begin with centering, then
move onto warming Sun Salutations and flows. Some poses will be held to build stability and strength as
well as open the body deeply.

(Min 5 - Max 15) Mindfulness for Kids offers fun, engaging, and evidence-based practices to teach
children how to calm their bodies and minds. Mindfulness will be taught through
a variety of modalities including breath, yoga, art and music. Yoga and guided
breathing practices will be included in every class. Children will be encouraged
to explore their emotions and how to “respond vs. react” to difficult emotions.
Children are encouraged to bring a yoga mat.

Body Back is a results-based workout program designed by and for
moms. Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body
workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective
workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she
had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

the game of football by teaching the basic
fundamentals of the sport. Participants will
learn how to pass, receive, defend, rush
and other fun and exciting football skills in
a well supervised environment. Teamwork,
sportsmanship and overall
fun will be emphasized over

of the session when the
players will demonstrate

in the “Skills Showcase.”
Cost includes a jersey,
trophy and youth-sized ball.

(Min 5 - Max 10) This mindfulness class offers fun, engaging, and evidence-based
ways to teach children how to calm their bodies and minds. This
class is designed for children with special needs including Autism,
developmental delays, intellectual differences, and physical
differences. Social-emotional learning, guided breathing practices,
and adaptive yoga will be at the core of each class. Instructor: North Texas Center for Mindfulness

(Min 8 - Max 25) Basketball fundamentals, ball handling, passing and an
introduction to shooting basics are taught in this fun training
class. This is a skill based program that uses drills and games
to teach players more about the team sport. Our goal is
to excite young players about the game of basketball.
Participants must wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle.

(Min 10 - Max 20) This Jiu-Jitsu program will develop children and preteens physically,
emotionally and socially. Children will learn age-appropriate
martial arts skills to prepare them to one day become a black-belt,
a very high accomplishment and honor. This program also teaches
important life skills such as respect, responsibility, self-esteem,
confidence, discipline, heightened awareness and much more.

This program meets weekly to provide individuals with mental
or developmental disabilities their own night on the town with
